Incident management – what happens when you report a fault?

As soon as we have received your ticket, it will be assigned to one of our specialists depending on its content. You can view your ticket and its status at any time. Through jointly agreed service level agreements (SLAs), we act within the specified response times. If there are any serious faults, the service employee will contact you and you will discuss the next steps together.
