kununu Top Company 2026
BA Business Advice once again receives the kununu Top Company Award for 2026
BA Business Advice has been awarded the kununu Top Company certificate again for 2026. We have met the criteria for this special recognition every year since 2022 – a sign that our ongoing work to create an appreciative, humane, and stable corporate culture is having a lasting effect.
The award is based exclusively on independent reviews by our employees on the kununu employer platform. It shows that we are one of the companies in Germany that offer a particularly positive and supportive working environment.

“We congratulate BA Business Advice on once again being awarded the Top Company award. For the fifth year in a row – that’s something very special,” says Nina Zimmermann, CEO of kununu. “Only five percent of companies qualify for this special award. This sends a positive signal, both as a flagship for potential applicants and as a reflection of the internal corporate culture to employees. As a result, 71 percent of companies that received the seal saw an increase in the number of applications. A total of 81 percent also recognize the award as an important part of their employer brand strategy.”
A corporate culture that supports
At BA Business Advice, we place great value on teamwork, trust, and personal and professional development. Our culture thrives on the people who shape it and on our commitment to working together in a responsible and solution-oriented manner.
“For us, it’s about more than just consulting—it’s about people who want to make a difference together. We trust each other and enjoy making things better,” says Stephanie Roll, Chief HR Officer at BA Business Advice.
The fact that our team not only supports this culture but also actively promotes it to the outside world is an important and valuable sign for us.
