On July 1, 2025, another milestone was achieved in the collaboration with the PETER/LACKE Group: The site in Hungary successfully went live with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition. This go-live not only marks the completion of an intensive project phase but also the successful launch of the company’s international cloud rollout strategy.

Tailored Cloud Processes for Mid-Sized Business Requirements

In close coordination with the headquarters in Hiddenhausen, a scalable cloud concept was developed that combines standardized SAP processes with the specific needs of smaller production sites. The focus was on efficiency, transparency, and compliance, while also ensuring the flexibility to accommodate local requirements.

Special Requirements of the Coatings Industry in Focus

The implementation took place in the demanding environment of coatings production—a sector with particularly high standards for quality assurance, traceability, and regulatory compliance, especially in relation to the automotive industry. To meet these requirements, key functionalities were specifically implemented and enhanced.
